Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message text you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp — for operational, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not use analytics cookies, marketing pixels, advertising trackers, or third-party behavioral profiling on this website.

Information you submit through the contact form is used only to reply to your message, to evaluate a potential audit engagement, and to deliver services if we enter a business relationship with you. We do not use this information for marketing.

Server logs are used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery for contact-form messages.

These providers act as data processors and may store data outside Japan. We do not sell or share personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless we have an ongoing business relationship that requires longer retention or a longer period is required by law.

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention policy (typically less than 12 months).

Under the APPI you may request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@stellasec.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you may additionally have rights under the GDPR; we will honor equivalent requests on a best-effort basis.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. The contact form is transmitted over HTTPS, and emails are delivered over TLS-secured channels.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
