Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of stellasec.ai (the "Site") operated by Stella LLC (合同会社Stella, hereinafter "Stella", "we", or "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services Described on the Site

The Site describes Stella's product Lilith and the security-audit services Stella offers. Audit engagements are not formed through the Site itself. Any audit engagement is governed by a separate written agreement executed between Stella and the customer.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe any right, or interfere with the operation of the Site. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, conduct automated scraping at a rate that disrupts service, or submit malware or harmful content through the contact form.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos (including the Stella ringed-planet logomark), and source code unless explicitly licensed otherwise — is owned by Stella or its licensors and is protected by Japanese and international intellectual-property law.

Published CVE write-ups and proof-of-concept code authored by Stella are credited to Haruto Kimura (Stella) and disclosed under each downstream vendor's coordinated-disclosure process.

4. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stella does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Stella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to JPY 10,000.

6. External Links

The Site links to third-party resources such as CVE.org, vendor advisories, and bug-bounty platforms. Stella is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those third-party resources.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version is posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.
